Went to this hotel on a late night, never been there before. It was approximately 10 X 10 size room.
The one was cook and he is the owner of the hotel and the other old man was working as a server.
Ordered few items to eat and am not sure about the taste as i don't find any hotels kept open in this
road at that time. I was waiting for my food. Found some papers hanging on the wall.
*One was an article about that hotel in Dinamalar.
*Other one also an article in other newspaper.
*Property Tax receipt paid till the assessment year without any arrears.
*Properly registered and renewed license for current year from Food & Safety authority of India.
Taste was really good and rate is low while comparing. He is a below middle class man but running a business in a very professional and right way. He may not be successful in profits but he will reach high one day with his uniqueness. These people reap the success as how they sow.
